Working in concert with the buying agent found us the selling agent so all would be on the same page. Maintain continued education in real estate, ranking tops in the market and close the deal timely got us to phase one. We were fortunate the house sold full price cash offer before even planting the sign or hitting the MLS. We now move to phase two, the buying stage in our new soon to be state of residence.
