Goal setting helps you be successful in Jackson Michigan
It is that time of year again. We look back on our efforts, accomplishments, and results while comparing to our goals for last year. While reflecting back you can see what worked, didn't work, and what you want to utilize next year.
I know some people like to take the same notebook, and same people to the same place every year. It can be kind of cool to look at what you previously had down, in that same environment. When I think goal setting I like to use S.M.A.R.T. goals. With EXIT REALTY our office has implemented "The One Word" as well. There is a book and presentation on all of this. Basically you have one word that summarizes your efforts and focus for the year. Last year for 2019 I used the word "Development". In 2020 my word will be "Explosion". What will yours be?
