What Buyers and Sellers are seeing in Michigan this January
I thought it would be a good idea to make a little preview of what is going on in the market this January. It is Michigan, so the weather can impact some things. We also just passed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, along with sending the kids back to school. Those are alot of variables, and that doesn't even consider the everyday market conditions we have to look at all year.
